Televideo’s second high definition outside broadcast unit is currently being constructed by Leeds-based company EtoE. HD2 will be more compact than HD1, better suited to events requiring a smaller, yet still technologically advanced, specification. The truck will have 8-camera capability, as well as the most developed technology in its sound, vision, VT and engineering areas. With the ability to broadcast in both high and standard definition, HD2 will be perfect for a multitude of events. The truck is due to be completed in August 2007.
