Rugby mania reached fever pitch as the Rugby World Cup tournament approached its conclusion this week. Televideo were delighted to play a part as proceedings headed to Twickenham for the semi finals and final - providing outside broadcast facilities to Dubai-based broadcaster OSN. A 5-camera studio position through Televideo’s HD7 allowed OSN viewers in the Middle East and North Africa a front row seat for all the action over the two weekends.
HD7 is one of the company’s newest additions. This large, single expanding unit is built and engineered to an incredibly high standard, boasting a Sony vision mixer, Calrec sigma bluefin surround sound audio, Evertz matrices/signal distribution and Reidel talkback. HD7 can also be used in conjunction with sister unit HD8 – offering clients a spacious and versatile production layout for large-scale operations.
