The team were at Twickenham once again this week, as Varsity rugby returned to the BBC. Televideo provided live coverage of the 134th 'Battle of the Blues', which was broadcast on the BBC Red Button from 11.30am, with BBC2 joining the action at 2pm.
HD8 acted as the production hub for the BBC's programme, which was presented by John Inverdale from a pitch side studio position. A world feed production was also delivered for clients Pro-Active Broadcast, with coverage distributed across the world.
It was an historic occasion, as for the first time in their 29-year history, the Women's Varsity teams kicked off proceedings. The Men's game followed, with Oxford taking a 12-6 victory over Cambridge.
