Anyone for Tennis?

OBs for British Eurosport

From 13th-19th June, the historic Aegon Queen’s Club tournament in West Kensington played host, as the ATP tour made its final stop before Wimbledon. As always, some of the biggest names in the game were on hand and so were Televideo. Facilitating the presentation coverage for British Eurosport, Televideo’s HD8 provided 4-camera add on coverage for the Eurosport broadcast. At the end of the week it was Britain’s Andy Murray who was able to secure his 4th Aegon championship after beating Kevin Anderson of South Africa in the final.

Just a few days later the WTA hosted the Aegon Eastbourne International at the Devonshire Park Lawn Tennis Club, from 22nd-28th June. With some of the world’s top female tennis players in competition, the event was broadcast around the world, with Televideo again delighted to be on hand to facilitate add on presentation coverage on behalf of British Eurosport. Operating from HD1, with 3 dedicated studio cameras, and a roaming RF camera, we were on hand to see some top quality tennis. Belinda Benic of Switzerland beat Agnieszka Radwanska of Poland in the final 2-1 to take the championship and round up a superb week.
